Important NOTE

In order for the Smart Cartridge to be integrated into the VanMoof app, activation by VanMoof Support is required. The serial number of the frame and the serial number (MAC address) of the cartridge must be sent to VanMoof Support to receive a QR code for activation. We cannot guarantee that VanMoof Support will approve the new Smart Cartridge. This is entirely at the discretion of Support.

Return and Spare Parts

According to EU law, you can return the Smart Cartridge within 14 days in unused condition and original packaging. Tampered with or damaged items cannot be returned. Every shipment is photographically documented. Returns of damaged or tampered items that were not purchased from us will be reported.
